Before you may order anything through our shop, you must read and accept all the terms and conditions set out in this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. This Agreement is effective on July 1 2007, and upon acceptance for new users.

Using Go2Kiev Shop
While Using the Site, you will not:

• Violate any laws, third party rights or our policies;
• Use the site if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18; or are temporarily or permanently suspended from our site;
• Fail to deliver payment for items purchased by you, unless the seller has materially changed the item after you placed your bid;
• Circumvent or manipulate our fee structure, the billing process or fees owed to Go2Kiev Shop;
• Post false, inaccurate, misleading or libelous content;
• Distribute or post spam, chain letters or pyramid schemes;
• Distribute viruses or other technologies that may harm Go2Kiev Shop, or the interests of other users.

Liability
You will not hold Go2Kiev responsible for other users’ actions or inactions. We do not transfer legal ownership of item from the seller to the buyer. Unless otherwise agree, the seller will become item’s rightful owner upon physical receipt of the item from the seller.

Access and Interference

• You will not interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the site;
• Copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute or publicly display any content from the site without the prior express written permission of the site and the appropriate third party, as applicable.

Privacy
We do not rent or sell your personal information to third parties for marketing or any other purpose. We use your information only as described in our Privacy Policy.

Notices
Except as explicitly stated otherwise, legal notices shall be served at the email address you provide to Go2Kiev upon registration. Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after the email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid.

Resolution of disputes
If disputes arise between you and Go2Kiev, our goal is to resolve the dispute as cost-effectively and quickly as possible. We therefore strongly encourage you to first seek a solution by going through out customer support service. We also strongly urge the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, such as mediation through a neutral party.

General
We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site. Except as stated elsewhere, all amended terms and conditions become effective 30 days after they are posted on the Site. The agreement may not otherwise be amended except by a written letter signed by you and us.
