Prices

• All prices on the site are given in euros, hryvnas and dollars for customer convenience (a currency converter will automatically give you the price of any item in the currency of your choice).
• However Ukrainian legislation requires payment to be made in hryvnas only. The price includes VAT only and no other taxes. We must by law charge VAT, even if the buyer intends to take the item(s) purchased out of the country.
• If the recipient is not in the country where the shipping originates, the recipient is responsible for any applicable VAT or import duties of the country of destination.
• Shipping costs are not included in the price unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are given separately on the site. Certain conditions may apply depending on the method of payment used, the form of delivery and costs thereof. These charges are clearly communicated to the purchaser.
• Special offers are only valid for the period specified for the item in question.

Method of payment

• Bank transfer
  The purchaser can pay by bank transfer to the www.go2kiev.com shop account. The standard bank charge for a transfer is 1 to 2% of the total cost.

  Only for customers abroad already registered with PAYPAL

In some cases, delivery costs must be paid for separately. Certain courier services will require cash payment upon delivery. These conditions are specified for each item on offer.
